One Direction are an English-Irish pop boy band made in London, consisting of Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson. They signed with Simon Cowell's record label Syco Records after being formed and finishing third in the seventh series of the British televised singing competition The X Factor in 2010. One Direction's two albums UP All Night and Take Me Home, released in 2011 and 2012 respectively, broke several records, topped the charts of most major markets, and generated hit singles, which include "What Makes You Beautiful" and "Live While We're Young".

Liam James Payne Smith , was born on august 29th in 1993. He is from Wolverhampton, England. His father is Geoff Payne and his mother is Karen Smith and he has sisters, Nicole Payne Smith and Ruth Payne Smith.
Zayn Javadd Malik Army, was born on january 12th in 1993. He is From Bradford, England. His father is Yaseer Malik and his mother is Patricia Army, he has 3 sisters, Doniya Malik, Waliyha Malik and Safa Malik.
Louis William Tomlinson Lewis, was bon on december 24th in 1991. He is from Doncaster, England. His father is Mark Tomlinson and his mother is Johanna Lewis, he has 4 sister, Charlotte, Felicite, Daisy and Phoebe.
